Hi There,

I am looking for some advice and would be really grateful if someone could help me.

I have a 1963 Timex manual wind watch, which is not particularly valuable, but it means a lot to me. The watch has recently stopped working intermittently and I am not sure if it just needs a service or some repairs. I have absolutely no skills in this area, so I don't want to attempt anything myself. All I want to know is if there is a recommended watch repairer in the South Wales area, or further afield if need be, who you would recommend. I realise that the repair costs may outweigh the value of the watch, but some things are worth saving. It is also my birth year watch.

Thanks in anticipation,

Regards,

Erik.

google "ryte time", Steve Burrge is the man I used to fix long gone dads long stopped old timex 100.

running a treat now - the watch that is, dad is still long gone...

Steve may be on holiday at the moment though (not sure when he is back) so it might take a few days for him to reply.
