OSCO Watches? Any details please?

picked this one up just trying to gather some info on it any ideas please? Sorry about the pics...the light in this house is like the dead zone..

all i can see is that its a jap movement

all i can tell you is its the same movement used in the Breitling Jupiter Pilot, quite a high grade Citizen movement :thumbsup: ...12 jewel i think :yes:

i looked at it again and it has a code on it which is 3S60 12 jewels unadjusted it does look better quality than most quartz watches you see... thanks Bruce
