I’ve recently purchased a Norexa 17J watch. I’m struggling to find much information on the company. All I know is it was a Swiss company starting in the 1920s that made military watches. There’s no other information that I could find. If you guys know much more about this company I would love to know!
Thanks

If it's possible, could you post some pictures showing the watch, and if you are able to remove the caseback, the movement.

Dear @D4rcy, for a start in this investigation, here above is the Mikrolisk entry for Norexa. I'm sure that other Forum investigators will be able to add some detail to this brief snapshot information.

So far all I've found is probably what you've already been able to see via Google. e.g.
"The company was founded in Switzerland in the 1920s and quickly gained a reputation for producing high-quality watches that were reliable in extreme conditions. Norexa watches were used by the Swiss military and were known for their durability and accuracy."
Although most examples seem to originate from the late 1940's- 1950's. I found some info regarding that there was a connection with Enicar, but haven't found anything further. I don't recognise the movement, because I thought that might have helped, perhaps someone else might have more info to hand, @spinynorman any clues?
