Bidynator crown removal

Hi all,I've got a breitling unidate watch and all is going well.however the second hand doesn't always clear the big hand so I need to slightly bend it to clear.im an amateur so any guidance to remove the crown would be appreciated.i can't see any videos on this particular movement

Do you know the Calibre of the movement? 

Before you adjust the hands. Examine the Minute hand, as it passes over the top of the Hour hand. It maybe that the Minute hand needs to be lowered, to allow the seconds hand to pass safely over the top of it. To raise the seconds hand, unnecessaryily  could cause the tip of the seconds hand to touch the under side of the Glass.
