Ok potentially putting my Damasko DC56 up for trade.

Only had it 10 mins (literally) but just didn't make me go 'wow' and had a feeling it wouldn't. I could be being far too hasty and maybe need to give it some wrist time but I'm an impulse kinda guy!

They are incredibly well made though.

I may well change my mind but just interested in what else is out there....pm me what you have...will consider trades up or down with cash either way. Will only be trading if something really floats my boat though so don't be too disappointed if is ay thanks but no thanks.

Originally bought in February 2007. Serviced by Damasko in the spring of this year, (replacement of broken pusher, regulated and change of seals). Comes with correct box, all papers, used original strap and unused Condor strap.

Hi, thanks for the offers but think will pass on this occasion.

The Revue was quite nice though....nearly tempted - if you sell it let me have more details and an email address.

The RT is a great watch - it does have the Lemania 5100 style centre second and centre minute sweep chrono hands, which is in my view the most useful display form. It's my second one, in fact, after I tried operating the pushers on the last one underwater (silly boy); I've had it a couple of months and worn it in rotation with my others, and it comes with an unused leather strap (and I've a bracelet from the previous one you can have too, if you want). I've decided I really ought to try an mechanical watch - Sinn, Damasko or Speedy. I'd trade it for the right one now or if finances improve in the next few months I'll hang onto it and buy for cash.

So, if you change your mind on a trade (you did mention on another place that offers weren't flooding in!) and before you seriously think about wearing it - contact me on jgilbert at camfin dot com dot au
