Seiko Kineticcapacitor change

hi guys, has anybody got advice on how easy it is to change a capacitor. my ladies 3m22 won't keep a charge.

If you have the right skills and tools it's no problem. Just take care when removing the rotor not to damage the coils as they are very fine and easily damaged. You will need watchmending tools and skills as the screws are small and fiddly as is the gasket for the cell. If you have those - no problem. :thumbsup:
