Cardinal was a company that imported Russian watches for sale under their own brand name. This is really a Russian Raketa with a different name printed on the dial.
This watch is in GOOD condition.
I don't have an accurate date, but I think this is a 1980s model.
32mm x 40mm base metal bezel with stainless steel back. No plating wear-through visible on top or sides.
New leather strap. Lug width is 18mm.
It contains a 19 jewel Russian Raketa manual wind movement.
New plastic crystal. There are some scratches on the dial (they just barely show in the photos).
