Was browsing the usual sellers, places. Noticed this up. Kind of unusual piece. Always good to see something else unusual
The simply pleasure of holding life’s vintage treasures is truly a joy. Some stay, some go to make room for others, you play with them for a while then look for a new toy, it is an addiction at least, a fascination of what is no more at best!

James,
There is a LIP with such a "complication", the LIP stop. I remember when the parkmeter started here in France, it was really a trauma.
Now in Paris, I don't pay, the fine is 11 euros when the parking cost for the whole day is 10 euros.

It hurts... but you have to admire the French.
Regards, Nick.

My local council charges £4 for all day, with a £60 penalty !!!!! - generously reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days.

Compulsive behaviour is a symptom of Parkinson's, so I can't help collecting watches ;-) - but then, so is drooling :-( .
