advise on 2 casios?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

i have the following 2 watches

PRG-100 and GE-002E both tough solars...the CRG is constantly flashing.

They were totally dead when they came in but worked quickly after putting them in the daylight.

Question is would it be advisable for me to just replace the batteries or just give it a few more days in the light?

cheers

Leave 'em in the light for a few days mate, they are Casio and therefore bullet proof, so a bit more light will probably revive them

Having said that, I did have a G-Shock Riseman that couldn't be revived even after a replacement rechargeable cell, so what do I know? :laughing2dw:

Probably just the tiny spring missing, which connects the module to the case back and generates the sound.  Quite common for them to go missing, as they are so small and fiddly.  I've got a few spares, so if you want to try some just PM me your address and I'll put a few different sizes in the post to you
