interviewer : we have a gym and some of us run a bit - sports and social is only 2 quid a month, concept 2 rowers and everything.

me : cool, me too, an' i have started training again - need to lose a bit of the mid life tummy ...

:swoon: so having created a rod to beat myself with the day started with rowing and weights :whistle:

I am still in blue mood today ;)

I think this blue ostrich leg strap is matching nicely with the blue navy dial of the watch.

Background is school book from my wife's 10 years old girl :) LoL...

Ireland deserved it by far the best side in the competition :notworthy:
