I have moved over to 4/3 shooting from Full Frame DSLR. I had the OMD Em1 and loved it but it lacked the performance of the DSLR.  I was happy with my decision but it was a compromise of size vs all out performance.

I just upgraded to the EM1 Mk2 and have to say its really closed the gap.  The Auto focus is lightening fast and the only area I miss is ISO range from my Nikon. The image stabilisation more than makes up for it, you can shout 10 sec exposure at night just by holding and come up with a sharp image.  Amazing.

My 2 cents worth if anyone is considering it.
