Depends, what height was it dropped from?Is it somewhere between 1ft and 500ft the actual amount can make a difference :yes:

You probably knocked something loose, I doubt there's "shock protection" that simply needs to be reset like a circuit breaker. A watch repair shop can evaluate what's wrong.
